Terms of service

These terms cover how campaigns are funded, how clips are reviewed, and how payouts reach you. They apply to everyone with a More account.

Last updated 22 August 2026

1. Who can use More

You must be at least 18 years old to hold a More account and to receive payouts. Some campaigns carry a higher age requirement, most commonly alcohol campaigns which are restricted to people aged 21 and over, both for the account holder and for anyone appearing on camera.

Accounts are personal. You may not share your login, submit clips on behalf of somebody else, or hold more than one creator account. Business accounts must be operated by someone authorised to commit that business to a campaign budget.

2. How campaigns and payouts work

A business funds a campaign budget. More retains 20% of that budget as the platform fee, and the remaining 80% becomes the creator reward pool. Campaigns created by More itself carry no platform fee.

Creators are paid a fixed rate per 1,000 verified views, published on each campaign page before submission. Payouts are drawn from the reward pool and stop when the pool is exhausted, even if a clip continues to gain views. Where a campaign publishes a maximum payout per clip, that cap applies.

Creators pay no fee of any kind. No commission is deducted from an approved payout and no charge is applied to a mobile money cashout.

3. Submitting content

Your submission must be your own original content, posted publicly on one of the platforms the campaign allows, and must follow every rule set out in the campaign brief. Reposted content, content you do not hold the rights to, and private or deleted posts will be rejected.

A single post may be submitted to one campaign only. Submitting the same link to multiple campaigns, or resubmitting a rejected link without making the requested change, may result in your account being suspended.

By submitting a clip you grant the funding brand and More a non-exclusive licence to reference and reshare that post in connection with the campaign. You keep ownership of your content at all times.

4. View verification

Views are verified manually by our review team using the count reported by the platform on your public post at the time of review. We remove views that accrued before the campaign start date and views that show clear signs of inauthentic activity, including purchased engagement.

Every review decision comes with a written note. If you believe a decision is wrong, contact us within 14 days and we will re-check the post. Our decision after a re-check is final.

5. Cashouts

Approved payouts are credited to your More balance. You may request a cashout once your balance reaches the minimum threshold, currently K50. Cashouts are sent to MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money or Zamtel Kwacha and are processed within 48 hours, Monday to Saturday.

The mobile money number you provide must be registered in your own name. If a transfer fails because the details are wrong or the number is unregistered, the amount is returned to your More balance and you can request it again with corrected details.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not buy views, use bots or engagement pods, misrepresent a brand, post content that is unlawful, hateful, or that endangers anyone, or film in a way that breaks the safety rules of a campaign brief.

We may suspend or close an account, withhold an unpaid balance pending investigation, and refuse future submissions where we find deliberate abuse of the platform.

7. Campaign changes and refunds

A business may pause or end a campaign at any time. Any part of the reward pool that has not been paid out remains the property of the funding business and can be rolled into a future campaign or refunded on request. The platform fee is non-refundable once a campaign has gone live.

More may decline or remove a campaign that does not meet our content standards, or that would put creators at risk.

8. Liability

More provides the marketplace, the review process and the payment rails. We are not responsible for the performance of any individual clip, for changes a social platform makes to its own view reporting, or for a brand withdrawing a campaign.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited under Zambian law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops. Where a change materially affects how you are paid, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use More after a change means you accept the updated terms.
